Birthday Birthday Never End

My Marathon Birthday Celebration from Wednesday all the way to Sunday is finally over. I was truly delighted with all the efforts of my besties for making it happened thru all the drama dramas.

In fact, birthday for me is rather a day to gather than anything extravaganza. It's not necessary to crack your head and stumble yourself for the preparations, I just want everybody to have fun :)

Saturday, my chatty birthday dinner with my Mickey Mouses group at Italian Restaurant, Neroteca @ Ceylon Hill, located inside Somerset Residences, which nearby Changkat Bukit Bintang and behind the Istana Hotel.

The longish cosy Neroteca which crowded with expatriates. It's a very very small restaurant, if you planned to have a dinner here, I believe that reservation is a must.

Most tables are neatly fit four persons otherwise are huge for 8-10 pax. As we are five of us, sadly we have to settle with this table of four though we have had our reservation in advance. And our table was sadly placed right in front of the kitchen which quite a mood killer. Fortunately he very good hospitality has made up the imperfection.

DSC01430

Our starter - Chicken Ham & Cheese Roll. My favourite of the day.

 DSC01431

The pastas - Aglio Olio (upper) & Carbonara (lower). Not much of my liking as I would always prefer saucy pastas. Oh gentle reminder, the Aglio Olio is slightly too spicy for a usual Aglio Olio style pasta.

The weekly special Lamb Shank that burnt a hole in our pocket. Recommendation from the server and we didn't check out the price prior the order. It costs RM170! But this savoury dish does worth for it's price with it's huge portion that enough for twin or triple sharing. And of course the tenderness and juiciness of the meat.

Except for the Lamb Shank, the bill ended up came up in a little surprise of the small price for an Italian fine dining. A sum of RM30x is really decent for a meal of five to me :)

Just play around with a set of nail extension tailored for a bride-gonna-be. Definitely too much for any occasions than wedding.

I love it. I wished that I can settle a home of myself and no more shifting. Then I will want a corner of all my lovely unnecessary stuff. Hopefully a fluffy fat miao too.

bride-wars-poster

We watched Bride Wars.

Most people loved Anne Hattahway for her innocence big brown eyes and luminous white skin, and yea her tall and stick girl frame that all girls dreamt to be... But I personally prefer Kate Hudson for some reasons, probably admiring her megagirly overflowed princessy :p

"Sometimes in life there really are bonds formed that can never be broken. Sometimes you really can find that one person who will stand by you no matter what. Maybe you will find it in a spouse and celebrate it with your dream wedding. But there's also the chance that the one person you can count on for a lifetime, the one person who knows you sometimes better than you know yourself is the same person who's been standing beside you all along."

by Marion St. Claire, the wedding planner.

I'm glad that I'v bond, too. With my bestest girl friends who I can count on :)

I've turned 25 today, officially.

5th February, a day which I don't actually welcoming it that much.

Gosssssh I'm another year elder, a matter of fact which I don't really like to accept it.

Thank god I'm no longer lingering, and content. My birthday marked our 3 months old.

DSC00684

My little first surprise of the year. I was amused seeing you guys stumbling around for preparations, attempting to distract my attention with incomprehensible language, leaking out information unaware, seeking for lost candles (muahaha), etc etc.

Fly Koh Samui

 IMG_0188

My first time sitting in a Fire Flyz plane. And yea this is the plane that I sat in. A smaller size plane which looks pretty insecure, and yea it's damn old school aint it? A lot of people asked me whether it works properly after seeing my pictures. But anyway, I'm home now, safe and alive.

Something good of flying with Flyer Flyz, I was boarding at Terminal 3 Old Subang Airport which about 20minutes away from my house. Too bad I didn't get to take pictures of the under-construction-terminal. Everything there is so the manual, even the sign boards are handwritten with marker pens LOL.

But I somehow like it rather than Airasia terminal, as it's not so crowded and busy till the extent people can't even get a seat in McDong Dong (i'm sure a lot people experienced that, waiting table in McDong Dong LCCT, how sad). Ya I know it's only for this moment while Flyer Flyz is not as many flights as Airasia :)

IMG_0487

The very brand-conscious seat belt.

IMG_0484

After two hours flight, we landed at the very tropical holiday-ish airport of Koh Samui.

IMG_0483

The very heavy flow buggy service to fetch us to the arrival hall. Better than walking, hurh?

IMG_0482

Airport regulations of Koh Samui - you may check in your guns and bullets and weapons, as long as not carrying it onto the cabin.

For anyone who interested, I spent about RM700 for the return flight. Blardy expensive lor but we have no choice as there are not many airlines landing on Koh Samui Airport - The Flyer Flyz, Bangkok Airways, Berjaya Airway.. And ermm I'm sure if there's anymore :p
